By technical noise insulation, one understands in the widest sense the protection against technical vibrations. Disturbing sound-transfers can assume aggregates, like for example vibrating, rotating or pulsating machines. Also disruptions causing ma- chines, like for example elevators, current aggregates for the emergency, generator-installations, centrifuges or pressure-machines, or railtied persons- and goods-traffic, can frequently lead not only to annoyance but also to prefabricated part-damages.
