Moist- and Condensation Protection

Condensation-damages at the construction are often the cause for complaints and with it also the cause of judicial confrontations between the owner and the architect. The difficul- ties with the exploration of the damage cause is that condensation as well as moisture from outside can be causal. In rooms with damp construction parts a comfortable room climate could not be reached. Next to an increased fuel expense also the danger of mold develop- ment and therewidth a threat of health could be the consequence. Therefore the goal is to protect all construction parts durable against moisture.
